Chamber study completed

Members of the team have taken part in a very successful series of experiments in the enviromental chamber at Leeds Metropolitan University.  This involved 3 hours in an environment with an oxygen concentration of 11.5% (equivalent to 4800m), multiple blood sampling points, cardiac echo and investigation of platelet function.

Thanks to the 14 volunteers who took part and made this collaboration between Leeds Met, the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine and DMS 2012 so successful.
